How it works

Our support process

01

Issue Reported

The customer contacts RVC Technical Support with the vehicle details, fault description and any supporting photos, videos or diagnostic information.

02

Technical Issue Logged

The issue is reviewed, prioritised and, where required, assigned a unique Technical Issue (TI) number so it can be tracked from first report through to resolution.

03

Remote Diagnosis

Our technical team works with the customer to diagnose the issue remotely wherever possible, using telephone support, video calls, photographs and vehicle build documentation. This can often resolve faults without taking the vehicle out of service unnecessarily.

04

Repair or On-Site Support

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the required parts and equipment are identified and RVC can deploy technical support to the customer's workshop or operational location. Where contractual SLAs apply, site attendance can be provided within the required 72-hour period.

05

Resolution & Close-Out

Every Technical Issue remains open and monitored until the repair has been completed, the resolution confirmed and the issue formally documented. Repeat faults and support trends are then reviewed as part of RVC's continuous improvement process.
