Customer vehicle security is taken seriously from the moment a vehicle arrives at RVC. Our facility provides secure vehicle storage supported by controlled site access, CCTV and ANPR monitoring, together with biometric key management and full vehicle traceability throughout the conversion process.

How We Work
Our Process
Brief & Scoping
We start by understanding how the vehicle will be used. Working closely with your fleet, procurement and operational teams, we define the equipment, layout, functionality, compliance requirements and delivery programme.
Engineering & Design
Our engineers turn the agreed brief into a detailed conversion specification, including equipment layouts, electrical schematics, fabrication drawings and component requirements. Designs are reviewed and approved before production begins.
Customer Pre-Build
Before conversion begins, we invite the customer to RVC for a physical pre-build review. Together with our engineering and workshop teams, we walk around the vehicle and confirm equipment positions, controls, storage, access and operational details before the specification is finalised.
Build & Conversion
With the specification approved, parts, workshop capacity and technicians are allocated and the conversion begins. Each vehicle is built against the agreed specification, with progress and quality monitored throughout production.
Quality & Testing
Quality assurance is built into every stage of the conversion. Technicians complete ongoing checks, supported by workshop and engineering inspections, before the vehicle undergoes comprehensive functional testing and final quality control.
Handover & Aftercare
Once complete, the vehicle is presented for final inspection and customer sign-off. We provide the relevant documentation and operator familiarisation before handover, backed by ongoing technical and aftersales support.
